George Washington Academy is seeking a dependable and proactive Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance, cleanliness, and security of our school building and grounds. This role is a Full-Time position that involves a mix of strategic planning, such as creating maintenance schedules and coordinating with vendors, and hands-on custodial and maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, a high school diploma, and the physical ability to perform labor, including lifting heavy items. Looking for experience in electrical, plumbing, and minor repairs throughout the campus. Key responsibilities include managing maintenance tickets, performing minor repairs, ensuring consistent facility coverage, and serving as a primary contact for emergency and security monitoring.
