Special Education Paraprofessional - Life Skills (Part-time, 29 hours max)

GWA is looking to hire a special education paraprofessional to provide safety and support for children in our Life Skills Class. Applicants should enjoy working with children, be patient, and be good with taking directions. Some physical requirements are required. This position is for the 2024-2025 school year for a maximum of 29 hours per week, Monday-Friday. An Associate's Degree, 48 credit hours, and/or a Paraprofessional Test (PRAXIS) is required. Prior experience working with special education students is desired. Compensation is $16.28 per hour. All employees are required to pass a BCI background check.
