Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Part-Time max 29 hours

GWA is looking to hire a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for the 2026-2027 school year to provide safety and support for students with extensive and complex support needs. GWA has an in-house BCBA that can oversee the RBT and provide supervision. Applicants should be comfortable working with students with high-intensity behavior needs and be familiar with discreet trial training. Some physical requirements are expected. This position is for the current school year for a maximum of 29 hours per week. Prior experience working with students with complex support needs in behavior and/or communication is desired. Must be a High School Graduate or have a GED and hold a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certificate. An Associates degree or at least 48 hours of college credit preferred, but not required.
